- Take the proper amount each day according to the Recommended Daily Dosage chart below.
- Important: Tuliv Migraine Defense contains ample amounts of vitamin B12 and B6 for your daily needs. If you are also taking a B12 or B6 supplement or a B Complex supplement, stop taking it while taking Tuliv Migraine Defense.
