Sunless Self Tan Products especially those that contain tyrosine.
Colon and other cleansing therapies that use acidophilus and other such ingredients often trigger migraine headaches

Yogurt can trigger migraines. If you eat yogurt to avoid yeast,

What about Coffee and other caffeine drinks? Caffeine

Caffeine is a natural short-term vasoconstrictor. Which means it works is

Each time a cup of coffee is drunk it constricts the blood
vessels of the trigeminal-vascular system (area of migraine headache pain) and
then when the caffeine wears off the vessels expand. It appears that when coffee
(caffeine drinks) are drunk in a rhythmical pattern, for example, a cup
every two hours, is when it becomes more problematic for the migraineur.
Please check the ingredients of everything you consume. Watch out for MSG and other well known triggers and always ask your server about items on the menu. When in doubt, don't eat it - this includes your best friend's favorite dish at the pot-luck dinner.
